Exchange & Return
- Purchased goods/products can be exhanged within 7 days after the parcel has been received.
- Customers are only allowed to exchange to other sizes, but it must be with the same design and colour. However, customers may choose other colours witihin the same design if the colour initially purchased is out of stock.
- The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange refund. Aisy Asyraf will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their new item within 7 working days after the confirmation.

- If you believe you have received the wrong item, whatsapp admin +60195558210 with your order number, and a picture of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed.
- Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, you may opt to change to a new item with the same price or full refund will be issued instead.
- We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
- If the item ordered is out of stock and cannot be exchanged with other items, full refund will be given within 15 working days.
- Full refund will also be given if there are any problems for your order that was proven to be our mistake.
