Return & Refund Policy

 

1.0 Exchange & Return

  • Purchased goods/products can be exhanged within 7 days after the parcel has been received.
  • Customers are only allowed to exchange to other sizes, but it must be with the same design and colour. However, customers may choose other colours witihin the same design if the size initially purchased is out of stock.
  • The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange refund. Aisy Asyraf will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their new item within 7 working days after the confirmation.

Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. AISYASYRAF.COM portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted. 

Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect. All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items

Reasons such as :

1) I changed my mind,

2) I don’t want it anymore,

3) The colour is different from the website,

4) I don’t like the design, I want change to other items,

5) I don’t like the material,

Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only. 

 

2.0 Incorrect Items

  • If you believe you have received the wrong item, whatsapp admin +60195558210 with your order number, and a picture of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed.
  • Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, you may opt to change to a new item with the same price or full refund will be issued instead.

3.0 Refund

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
  • If the item ordered is out of stock and cannot be exchanged with other items, full refund will be given within 15 working days.
  • Full refund will also be given if there are any problems for your order that was proven to be our mistake.
